My Aloe Vera Juice

Everyone makes a New Year's resolution; though I do not believe we should tie ourselves to sometime in the year or so, I decided to lose weight and get my BMI back to normal as I recently gave birth to our fourth child.

As going green is concerned, I am very cautious not to use any synthetic drugs to lose weight. I had known about Herbalife before and actually did a 'weigh in' with a distributor at the beginning of my pregnancy to see what my BMI is and how much is total body fat; I was shocked to find out that my body is 42%.
Just imagine, 42% of my body was all fat! That is very scary!

Anyhow, after my baby was born, I decided to start a diet with Herbalife products (which I had seen the results with my mom; she lost 7-8 pounds in 4 weeks without even doing any exercise). Herbalife products are (as the name says) mostly herb-based and very effective.

One of the products that I wanted to use as dietary supplement was aloe-vera juice. I needed it as I have always had irregular bowl movement; aloe vera does help alot. In fact, I was looking for some information about aloe vera and I ran into this article.  The article mentions the following benefits of aloe vera gel:

"

• Halts the growth of cancer tumors.
• Lowers high cholesterol.
• Repairs "sludge blood" and reverses "sticky blood".
• Boosts the oxygenation of your blood.
• Eases inflammation and soothes arthritis pain.
• Protects the body from oxidative stress.
• Prevents kidney stones and protects the body from oxalates in coffee and tea.
• Alkalizes the body, helping to balance overly acidic dietary habits.
• Cures ulcers, IBS, Crohn's disease and other digestive disorders.
• Reduces high blood pressure natural, by treating the cause, not just the symptoms.
• Nourishes the body with minerals, vitamins, enzymes and glyconutrients.
• Accelerates healing from physical burns and radiation burns.
• Replaces dozens of first aid products, makes bandages and antibacterial sprays obsolete.
• Halts colon cancer, heals the intestines and lubricates the digestive tract.
• Ends constipation.
• Stabilizes blood sugar and reduces triglycerides in diabetics.
• Prevents and treats candida infections.
